  This place is running a scam. I have been going there for about 8 years about twice a year, every time I make an appointment it lasts around an hour: 10 minutes with the doctor and the rest in the waiting room. Regardless of the various issues I have had with my face, I have been prescribed the same two medicines every time, sometimes they work other times they do not, recently I have had no issue with them. My friends who have also been patients here are also prescribed with the same two medicines: cetaphil and epiduo, simple facewash creams. Although I believe these medicines are designed to make you dependent on them, each time my prescription runs out I am required to make another expensive appointment, just so they can ask me my name and insurance information repeatedly, make me wait long periods of time while leaving just enough time to draw a crude depiction in their notebooks of where my current pimples are on my face (like I don't already know) and then re-prescribe me the same exact medicines. I have finally had enough of this, for I go to school in Vermont and I do not have time nor the money to make another useless appointment. All I wanted was them to refill my prescription but they refused unless i scheduled another appointment within the 3 day time span that I am home. I think this speaks a great deal about their true interests as an office of making profit by scamming their patients rather than actually caring for their well being and making sure the medicines they themselves continuously advocate are available. Why this face cream requires a prescription to begin with is beyond me, however based on their 8 year long enthusiasm and encouragement of these medicines (even when I have suggested new ones), you would think they would have no problem refilling the prescription for a patient in need (ex-patient now). Not to mention the rudeness and lack of patience of their secretaries. Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

  I went to this office after not having gone for several years. I went because I was having breakouts on a certain part of my face and wanted to update the prescription I was using for my excema. Despite never changing into a gown the PA, insisted on checking my chest and back for breakouts and while doing so decided I needed a biopsy of a mole right then and there. I tried to refuse but let myself get talked into it. Long story short, I am still dealing with breakouts, had better luck finding a new treatment for my excema after talking with the CVS pharmacist, and am paying for a biopsy I didn't even need. Additionally, a prescription the PA had written for me was not approved by my insurance company, the pharmacy called the doctor's office several times to try to follow up with the PA, had to leave messages and never got a response. When I asked the PA about it she claimed to have never received any messages. The samples of sunscreen I was given were all expired by at least two years. I will never go back to this office. Please don't waste your time or money!
