- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible experience. I came from Canada where we have no fault insurance so have had very little experience in automotive insurance. I purchased my policy and depended on the agent to give me coverage consistent with my needs. I was hit from behind by a drunk driver after working a 16 hour shift (RN) I suffered a concussion that prevented me from working. 30 day car rental is a joke as body work/collision takes significantly longer than mechanical work. All medical expenses to be paid by my health insurance including significant copay to be paid by me. Possibly reimbursed later if other party has insurance.
