- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My 3 children were patients of this office for a short while- the span of a couple years, then my son stayed a patient to finish out his ortho while we found a different regular dentist. The office is too busy and they have far too many patients to be personable with you. If you are 5 minutes late for an appointment, you have to reschedule. Yet there were plenty of times we waited 20-30 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. Most importantly, my son's orthodontic case was not terribly complicated, but a 2 yr treatment ended up taking 4 yrs, through no fault of my son's. They kept saying "we'll evaluate him for removal in 2 or 3 months"....again and again. Then when they did remove the braces and things still weren't right they tried to blame it on "unexpected growth". I'm not a doctor, but how can a patient you see every 6-8 weeks for 4 yrs have "unexpected" growth? Stay away from these people. We found a better orthodontist for my daughter who did a beautiful job, was kind and caring, and offered great advice on how to correct my son's problem...again.August 11, 2017by A Google User
